I’m a coach certified by ICF¹ at the PCC² level. I also hold the title of Master Certified Coach (Level 3) in the Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching³ methodology developed by John Mattone, former coach to Steve Jobs.
With a background in psychology, my approach to working with people is deeply rooted in humanistic and positive psychology. Coaching became the space where these ideas truly come to life.
In the corporate world, I serve as an L&D Partner and expert in Capability Building and Learning & Development.
I work with individuals and teams – in business and beyond – focusing on leadership, career growth, performance, motivation, confidence, balance, and wellbeing.
I collaborate with coaching organizations around the world, including EZRA Coaching, Speexx, John Mattone Group, Space to Grow, and Barefoot Coaching.

I create natural bridges connecting people’s needs with organizational goals

What really matters here?
HOW DO I WORK?
Professional standards and ethics
I follow the standards set by the International Coaching Federation and its Code of Ethics⁴.
I regularly engage in professional supervision to ensure I provide the safest and most supportive environment for my clients’ growth.
I continue my professional development through trainings, workshops, and studies – regularly renewing certifications and earning new ones. I also work with coaching mentors to continually refine my craft.
My coaching style – what you can expect
My coaching style is accepting and open, supportive, curious about the essence, seeking meaning and values, warm, and focused on being and experiencing.
Working with me, you can count on
International Coaching Federation (IFC)
the largest global organization of professional coaches, setting standards for school accreditation and certification of professionals. According to data from September 2025, ICF certifies 59,102 coaches across 160 countries.
Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
the second of three ICF certification levels. In Poland, there are currently 198 PCC-certified coaches. To earn this credential, coaches must complete: 125 hours of professional education, 500 coaching hours (at least 450 paid), 10 hours of mentoring over 3 months, a recorded live coaching session approved by an ICF assessor, a passing score on the ICF professional exam.
Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching (ILEC)
an advanced leadership coaching model that helps leaders unlock their full potential – both professionally and personally. ILEC is a transformational process based on the original methodology of John Mattone, one of the world’s top executive coaches. At its core lies deep self-awareness: understanding your strengths, limitations, values, and aspirations. ILEC supports clients in building authentic leadership, increasing impact, shaping organizational culture, and achieving measurable results.
ICF Code of Ethics
a set of values, principles, and standards that define the ethical framework for coaching practice. It applies to all ICF members and certified coaches, committing them to act with responsibility, respect, and professionalism. The Code guides coaches in complex situations, protects confidentiality, promotes inclusivity and integrity, and ensures a safe space for client growth. It’s more than a rulebook – it’s a commitment to the highest ethical standards that elevate coaching as a profession. More at the source: ICF Code of Ethics | International Coaching Federation
